Vardan K.

Vardan Khachatryan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, venture capital, and financial regulation. He currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Board Member at Fastex, as well as at Fast Shift, where he leads global legal and compliance operations. In addition to his corporate role, he is an Adjunct Lecturer at the American University of Armenia, teaching Master of Laws (LL.M) courses on Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies, Venture Capital, and the Legal Profession.

As a Co-Founder and Board Member of WEB3 Armenia Foundation, Mr. Khachatryan actively contributes to the development of blockchain and digital asset regulations. Previously, he was a Founding Partner at CATALYSTS.LAW and an Associate at TK & Partners.

Mr. Khachatryan is a New York Bar-admitted Attorney and Counselor at Law, holds an LL.M. in Business Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Central European University. He has also been a Visiting Researcher at Tilburg University.
With a strong background in legal strategy, compliance, and fintech regulations, Mr. Khachatryan continues to shape the legal landscape of emerging technologies and financial markets.
